You can purchase your items online with the option for pick-up at our main store or have them delivered directly to your doorstep. Our trucks can hold 10 tons or 20 yards of product. We also offer a split load option where you can receive more than one bulk product in a single truck. However, please keep in mind that we have a 4 yard/ton limit for split loads, as it can be challenging for our drivers to keep the different products separated. If multiple loads are needed, please call the store to make and schedule your order. Delivery times vary by season. You may schedule your delivery day at checkout. During our busy season, please allow 2-3 days lead time. During off-peak times, next-day delivery is available. Don't worry! We will send you an email or text confirmation letting you know the delivery date and time and a notification when your order is on the way! Using the note section on the check-out page, you can specify where your product should be dumped or stacked. Dump Delivery -We deliver only one type of product per truckload to prevent the mixing of bulk products. -A minimum width of 12 feet is required if access requires a gated entry. -We typically dump the product on the driveway but will try to accommodate at customers' request. The outcome of our customer's request will be based on our driver's discretion. -You may specify your preferred dumping location in the notes section of the checkout page. -All dumping locations are at the DESCRPENANCY of the driver. -We do not dump on streets or culdesacs. Pine Straw/Wheat Straw/Hay Delivery -We typically stack straw/hay in the driveway, NO MORE than 15 feet from the rear of the truck bed. -We dump straw/hay orders in customers' requested areas when allowable. -We do not carry pine straw bales to specified areas in the yard or the backyard. -We will stack your straw neatly so it does not obstruct daily activities, but please know if the order is large, we normally dump the bales. The Secure Checkout page shows the ordered item’s description, price, and delivery fee by zip code. There will be a surcharge for specific zip codes if trucks are required to deliver in rough terrain. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. DELIVERY RESTRICTION POLICY: Please note that some terrain is unsuitable for our trucks, for example, a steep driveway, mountainous terrain, and muddy conditions that would put our drivers or trucks in danger. The driver has every right to decline the order due to hazardous terrain. A fuel charge will be collected with a full refund if the product cannot be unloaded at a different spot.
